Crispy Rosemary Chicken
This crispy, easy delicious rosemary chicken will become
a staple in your householf once you try it.

WHAT'CHA NEED

Chicken quarters or thighs
-
Cream of mushroom
-
Fresh rosemary
-
Good extra virgin olive oil
-
Kosher salt
-
Flaky sea salt
WHAT'CHA DO
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Season and add olive oil to chicken and sit to the side. In a bowl combine cream of mushroom soup, rosemary, and a healthy amount of olive oil. Mix and pour over chicken.
3. Now, here is the crucial step. Place chicken on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and top with flaky salt. Bake in oven at 400. I can't tell you a time here, but what I can say is, when you think it is done, bake for another 10-15 min. The skin should be extra golden and crispy.
