HOMEMADE GRANOLA

I simply love making this Granola. It really makes me happy to throw all the ingredients in a bowl and create this treat for myself.

WHAT'CHA NEED

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • ¼ sunflower seeds

  • 2tbsp pecans (or any nut you like)

  • 1Tbsp Pumpkin seeds

  • 1Tbsp ground flaxseed, optional (but I use it)

  • ½ cup water

  • ¾ peanut butter

  • ¼ chocolate chips or peanut butter chips (I do both)

  • ½ cup honey

  • 1 cup dried fruit (I use cranberry or dried cherries)

WHAT'CHA DO

Flatten in a square dish or rubber granola molds and let chill in the fridge for 2 hours, then cut into squares.
